SHAZAMChek Chip Card
Montezuma State Bank proudly offers our customers a faster, easier way to purchase items with funds directly
from your checking account with SHAZAMChek chip cards. SHAZAMChek chip cards may be used anywhere MasterCard
is accepted. Use your card at the ATM to perform balance inquiries, withdraw or even deposit funds. You can
also utilize your card to pay at the pump, in stores, restaurants, and over the internet.
Privilege Status Network
Montezuma State Bank participates in SHAZAM’s Privilege Status Network to offer customers surcharge-free
options at other participating locations. Look for the Privilege Status symbol to utilize this option.
Lost or Stolen Cards
Your security and information privacy is a high priority for us at Montezuma State Bank. Should you believe
your debit card is lost or stolen, please contact the bank by phone at 641-623-5766 during normal business
hours. If you need to report your card lost or stolen outside of business hours call SHAZAM at
(800)383-8000.
A lost or stolen debit card should be reported to Montezuma State Bank immediately so we can take the
necessary steps to keep your account and information secure and protected. Once a block is placed on your
old card, we will continue to monitor your account and order a new card for future use. In the event that
you find your card after there has been a block on the card, please safely destroy the card or bring it in
to the bank for us to destroy.
